Abstract: The justification of strategies at the micro level determines the long-term choice of paths for further development, and one should proceed from the fact that from the many acceptable strategies for the development of an agricultural producer, it is necessary to choose one, since even the most flexible agricultural production system, when operating, cannot immediately be adjusted to changes . In this work, based on a combination of economic and mathematical methods, a production strategy for the development of an agricultural enterprise has been developed in terms of justifying the structure of crops, the optimal combination of which will allow achieving the expected minimum guaranteed profit, taking into account uncertainty as one of the main properties of the external operating environment. Calculations show that a development strategy at the micro level can be based on a well-founded mathematical connection between statistical indicators, the set goal, the optimal solution and the development plan. The conducted research made it possible to develop a block diagram of an algorithm for using a combination of economic and mathematical methods to model the optimal production strategy of an agricultural enterprise.
