Abstract: The Far Eastern village is one of the most vulnerable management facilities that require comprehensive support from regional and federal authorities, as well as the accumulation of efforts by the scientific community to study problems and find solutions to them for proposals to the authorities. As a result of the analysis of statistical data, the following problems were identified that lead to an acceleration of the pace of urbanization: low material security due to the lack of stable earnings, high-risk agriculture due to natural and climatic features, insufficient level of development of social infrastructure facilities, high remoteness of settlements from each other, environmental restrictions. Suggestions: the authorities should strengthen their work with Mass media in order to popularize personal subsidiary farming by all rural residents, as this will provide the population with high-quality products, improve their financial situation and well-being, reversing the trend towards a low-dynamic lifestyle in large villages.
