Abstract: The planning of the budget of the production activities of the machine and tractor fleet (MTF) on the basis of digitalization is due to the factors of the rise in the cost of modern agricultural machinery, the increase in the contribution of the MTF to the cost of agricultural products, the increase in the requirements for the efficiency of management of technological processes. The electronic model of the MTF budget allows you to search for the best use of equipment, taking into account its efficiency, and optimize the MTF in compliance with agro technical deadlines for work and the cost of their implementation, most accurately determine productivity, output and income. The budget also provides an opportunity to experiment not with a really working production system, but with its digital copy, which is a set of interrelated parameters of the unit's activities
