Abstract: The article is devoted to the topical issues of the activity of small farms in the agro industrial complex of the Chelyabinsk region in the conditions of state support and stimulation of their development. Small forms of management are considered as significant participants in the market of agricultural production. Identification of trends in the development of small forms of management of the Chelyabinsk region based on the analysis of their current state in terms of state support. The features of state support of small farms, due to the relatively low level of protection in the economic space, lack of funds due to high interest rates, lack of market power, dependence on local conditions of production, possibilities of consumer co-operation, high sensitivity to the methods of state investment regulation. Defined the interdependence of the growth rate of government support and value of output are small forms of management in agriculture of the Chelyabinsk region.
