Abstract: The article reveals the relationship of legal and economic aspects of property. It is pointed out that economic relations are formed in the production itself in the process of management, and the property right is a reflection of these relations, which gives freedom of decision-making in exchange for responsibility for these decisions. It is shown that the effectiveness of the sale of property in the agricultural sector is associated not only with market forces and various forms of ownership, but also with a certain nature and specificity of market relations in the agrarian sphere.
