Abstract: The author has developed a flexible analytical model for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation activities, designed for agricultural organizations. The main blocks of this model are considered, which include internal and external factors, assessment methods and tools, as well as the functions of the development department, the analytical department and the economic security department are taken into account. The main traditional assessment methods are analyzed and their own methods are presented, which are suitable for evaluating innovation activities. The author shows the application of this model and comes to the conclusion about the possibility of its use and impact on the effectiveness of innovation activities. The purpose of this article is to develop a flexible analytical model for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation activities for agricultural organizations. In order for innovative products and solutions to be useful to users, there is a need to use reliable tools to assess their effectiveness, and at the same time to use them correctly, using a flexible and adaptive model that was created specifically for agricultural organizations.
